If the item you are looking for is sold out, please click the "notify when available" button underneath the listing on our website. Once the item is back in stock, you will be sent an email notification right away!
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You may also pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
You will see a text box that says "discount code" right before checkout. Simply enter your code and click "Apply". Please note, only one promo code can be applied per purchase.
If your promo code is not working, it is either expired or was limited to a one-time use.

We strive in fulfilling orders as quickly as possible; that said, please contact us here and we will see what we can do. Order cancellations are not guaranteed so please ensure you are certain before placing your order.

Please be patient, it can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We will send you a refund notification email as soon as we have issued your refund.

We currently ship anywhere within the contiguous US. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

All orders placed before 2PM EST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49. For orders under $49, there will be a $10 shipping charge. Our standard shipping is with FedEx and typically takes between 2-5 business days to arrive from the time the order is placed.
Please note, expedited shipping is not an option nor do we ship to PO boxes.
Once your order has been placed, please allow some time for our team to pack it and get it ready to ship. Tracking information will be emailed or texted to you within one business day.
If you have received only part of your order, do not worry! It is common for FedEx to deliver a multi-piece order over a span of one or two days. Simply check the tracking information provided to see the status of each individual package.
If the tracking information indicates that your order was delivered in its entirety and you are still missing something, please reach out to our team here.
It may take 1-2 business days to your tracking to update and show movement once generated. Once an order/tracking number is marked shipped, it has been loaded onto a skid and wrapped for transport to our carrier facility. Orders cannot be cancelled once marked shipped.

At this time, we do not offer custom size planters or privacy screens. Please reach out to our customer service team as we are happy to provide recommendations for sizes as close as possible to what you are looking for.
If you plan on using your planter outdoors, removing the drainage plugs is a great way to ensure that water in the soil can drain freely and your plants stay healthy!
To remove the drainage plug, insert your hand inside the planter and twist the plug counterclockwise. After a few turns, it will loosen up and fall out from underneath the planter.
For taller planters, it may be helpful to place the planter sideways on top of a surface such as a table.
Yes! We offer drainage plugs for our planters to seal for indoor usage.
The silver Veradek plaque at the front of the planter is easily removable. It is stuck on with a 3M adhesive. To remove it simply use the blunt edge of a knife or screwdriver to pry it off (you can also reattach to another side if needed).
We stand behind our products which is why we offer a warranty against manufacturer related defects and weather-related splitting and cracking.
