  • 1 heaping tbsp smooth natural peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1-2oz fresh espresso
  • Pinch ground cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ cup oat milk
  • Ice


  1. In a blender, add peanut butter, banana, oat milk, cocoa powder, ice cubes, honey and a shot of espresso. Blend until smooth. Optional: add espresso at the end for presentation.

  2. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with sliced bananas and cocoa powder
