block raised long box planter

I was told by customer service that I received the old assembly instructions where the planter needed to be screwed in to the metal stand. I was told by customer service that people had a difficult time with those instructions and the new instructions state that you simply set the planter unto the stand without securing it. I explained to the woman that we live in Chicago and with the winds it is not a good idea. She told me to go to the store and get a double sided tape to secure the planter. I should not have to do that after spending $200 dollars. Poor design!!!!!

I bought one of these to see what they are like before I buy two more. I want to wave a wall of green behind the outdoor couch. I am also hoping they will catch rain that gets past the patio cover. They are very well made but the top does not connect to the base as the directions say. Not an issue for me just not as shown in the instructions. The instructions also done mention that the vertical legs are linger than the horizontal legs and I almost pounded them together before I realized they were in the wrong locations.
