block span planter

I've been away and have just unpacked my order. The planter quality is as described and the design is quite good. There are only two issues I would like to bring up. It probably falls under QC. (Deducted one star)

1) I ordered three planters. Two came with drainage plugs but one had none.

2) Of the three planters only two had the Veradek label. One was bare. (Yes I checked the wrapping in case it fell off - none.) I think the label is important because that is how I found your product. It was a planter in my dentist's waiting room and I quickly looked at the label!

BTW, the two deficiencies are not from one planter.
