Box arrived well packed and was relatively easy to assemble. With molded plastic parts I did need to reshape /shave one of the interlocking pieces for the bottom.

And another unfortunate problem was that one of the feet that screw into the bottom would not thread properly into the hole as well one of the rubber feet & screw assembly came apart and I am unable to reinsert the screw.

I have been using the box on the the deck without the feet and do love it but ... I would have preferred to have it not sitting flush with the deck.

I love the look of this deck box and it comes with so many extra features that make it useful for many different applications. The only issue is that our patio isn't perfectly level and even after adjusting the levelling feet, the lid won't sit straight. The box has racked slightly so the side of the box sits proud of the lid and the lid overhangs on the other. If I pick the box up, it straightens out but just warps again when I set it down. The feet are adjusted as far as they will go and our brick patio isn't that out of level. Also, the lack of handles or anywhere to grip the box makes it difficult to move.
