Seasonal April Recipe: Featuring Basil

- 1.5 oz gin
- 1 oz limoncello
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ inch cucumber wheel
- 3-4 sprigs fresh basil
- sparkling water
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle basil and cucumber together.
- Then add the remaining ingredients with ice. Shake well.
- Strain drink into a fresh glass with ice, top with sparkling water.
Garnish with lemon rind and fresh basil.
