The name "chocolate orange" is based on the brown color of the peel.
ingredients:
- 8 ripe strawberries, washed and de-stemmed
- juice of 2 chocolate oranges (or regular oranges)
- 1 tsp honey or to taste
- 1 bottle cava, chilled

The taste of a chocolate navel orange is sweeter than normal oranges. Chocolate navel oranges are also less sour to the taste compared to regular oranges.
instructions:
- In a blender or food processor, blend strawberries with the freshly squeezed chocolate orange juice and honey.
- Pour 2oz of the mixture into a glass and top with cava. Enjoy!
