  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ¼ c coconut milk
  • 1 oz dark rum


  1. Dissolve brown sugar in 2 shots freshly brewed espresso. 

  2. Build the drink in a glass with lots of ice, espresso mixture and then dark rum. Finally top with coconut milk.
