ingredients:

● ½ large seedless watermelon or whole small watermelon, cubed
● 1 cup fresh mint, torn
● 1 bottle dry white wine, sauvignon blanc
● 2 cups ginger beer




instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, add watermelon cubes and fresh mint. Using a wooden spoon, gently muddle the mixture making sure to leave some cubes  of fruit intact.

  2. Add whole bottle of wine then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  3. When it’s time to serve, add 2 cups of ginger beer and serve.
